The Guidyu CEM search technology empowers you to search more freely and efficiently, including when using unclear words or expressions specific to your region. On top of this, the more you search, the more the system understand you, as the Guidyu CEM technology is able to learn in real-time!

The Search Filter
The search filter is a powerful tool of the Guidyu CEM technology which allows you to modify your search criteria dynamically. Unlike other systems, Guidyu CEM extract search criteria from your textual query in a structured way, allowing you to modify them easily!
For example, if you search "Cheap washer", you can easily see what is the assortment of washers of middle and high class by changing your selection in the search filter!
Contextual Guidance
Nobody likes to manually scan hundreds of search results! With the contextual guidance system of the Guidyu CEM technology, it is no longer a worry! You can simply answer to the asked questions, or choose another one, and you will very quickly be guided to a short list of one or two products only!
This process also works if you start with a textual search, for example, if you are looking for "KitchenAid fridge”, the first question you will be asked is the layout of doors and the freezer, like when you speak with a true expert in one of our stores!
Personalized Search Recommendations
The search recommendations allow you to save a precious time in cases where there are many possible choices. Based on your behavior in your past searches, the Guidyu CEM technology identifies your interest and uses it to make your life easier!
For example, if you've already search for black Amana stove, a simple search for "fridge" will allow the system to recommend the black Amana refrigerators! Convenient, no?
Complementary products recommendations
Many products are often bought together and many bundles are available, but there is often too much choice. The recommendation of additional product allows you to immediately see the ones which are the best for you!
For example, if you are looking for a stove on special, and you select an offer from the Frigidaire brand, the Guidyu CEM technology will suggest complementary products that match these criteria in particular (of the same brand and also on special). If you chose the same product because of its color, recommendations of black Frigidaire ranges would then be displayed!
Comparison recommendations as overview
Recommendations as overview of the search filter provide you a customized selection of products, allowing you to compare in a glance your selection with other attractive offers before making your final choice.
For example, if you search an Amana refrigerator and you select the price range '1250$ to 1500$', a simple drag of your mouse over the other price ranges gives you an immediate overview of the available products! < / p>
The suggestion of alternative choices
Who would not want a large refrigerator with all options at low prices or a range of your favorite brand in exactly the right color and size? the Guidyu CEM technology does not grant these wishes magically, but will propose you alternatives in a direct and structured way!
For example, if you are looking for a cheap black fridge and we do not offer any currently, you will immediately see the almost similar possibilities without having to make several more trial and error searches!
Should you find the same item advertised elsewhere for less, under identical terms, within 60 days of the purchase date, we will refund the difference. A current valid competitor’s advertisement by an authorized dealer and only relating to the identical model must be submitted.
