We have started modernizing our stores to make them fun, interactive and inviting places to shop for appliances. Our Saint-Léonard store in Quebec was the first to get an upgrade. Soon, all of our showrooms will become attention-grabbing, educational, hands-on and entertaining spaces that redefine what it means to go appliance shopping. 

We want all of our customers to feel like they belong—to see themselves and their lifestyles in our products. Our new stores will have distinct areas tailored to different personality types. For example, at our Saint-Léonard store, we have come up with six personality types.
