To enter the contest and be eligible for the draw, you must register online at the address indicated in the contest’s promotional material, from September 24, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until October 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

To be eligible for the draw, you must provide all required information on the entry form, including your first and last name, email address, postal code and telephone number. A valid email address and telephone number are required.

To enter the contest, participants must also:

1. accept these rules and conditions of participation;
2. consent to receiving marketing, promotional and commercial communications from Corbeil Appliances by email and text/SMS message.

Only one entry per email address and telephone number is permitted during the entire contest period. Participants who enter more than once may be disqualified. Fraudulent entries will not be tolerated and will be declared invalid.

Any entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, submitted through unlawful means or otherwise fail to comply with these rules will be declared invalid. Entry forms become the property of Corbeil Appliances. Corbeil Appliances is not required to acknowledge receipt of or return entry forms.

Eligibility requirements

This contest is open to Quebec residents who have reached the age of majority by the draw date and who live within a maximum radius of 200 km of a participating Corbeil Appliances location.

The following individuals are not eligible: employees, representatives, suppliers, agents and authorized representatives of Corbeil Appliances, its affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, as well as members of their immediate families and anyone residing with such employees, representatives, suppliers, agents or authorized representatives.

Prize

A total of one (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner.

The prize consists of: Bosch Coffee Machine TQU60307. The total value of the prize is CAD $2,399.99.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, sold, refunded or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Corbeil Appliances.

Corbeil Appliances reserves the right to replace the prize, in whole or in part, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable for any reason.

The prize is subject to the applicable terms, restrictions and conditions.

The winner will have thirty (30) days following confirmation of their eligibility to follow the instructions provided by the contest organizers to receive the prize.

Draw

The contest runs from September 24, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. until October 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.

On October 5, 2026, one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received before the entry deadline.

The draw will take place at the contest organizer’s head office, located at: Corbeil Appliances, 2025 Cunard Street, Laval, Quebec, H7S 2N1.

Corbeil Appliances will notify the selected entrant using the telephone number or email address provided during registration.

To be declared the winner, the selected entrant must:

1. be contacted by email or telephone by the contest organizers within four (4) days following the draw;
2. respond to the message within four (4) days of receiving it;
3. provide the personal information required to confirm their eligibility and award the prize;
4. correctly answer, without mechanical or other assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question, if required by law;
5. sign the declaration and liability-release form sent by mail, email or any other electronic means and return it to the contest organizers within fifteen (15) days of receiving it.

The declaration and liability-release form confirms:

1. that the winner has read, understood and accepted these rules;
2. that the winner meets all eligibility requirements;
3. that the winner releases Corbeil Appliances and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, suppliers, agencies and partners from all liability relating to the contest or prize;
4. that the winner authorizes Corbeil Appliances to use their name, photograph, likeness, voice, statement regarding the prize, city of residence and/or any other representation for advertising or promotional purposes, without further notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.

If the selected entrant fails to comply with any of the conditions set out in these rules, cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the prescribed period, refuses the prize, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or fails to return the required documents by the deadline, they will be disqualified and another draw may be conducted from the remaining eligible entries.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

Consent to the use and disclosure of personal information

By entering the contest, participants consent to Corbeil Appliances collecting, using, retaining and disclosing the personal information provided as part of their entry for the following purposes:

1. administering the contest;
2. verifying eligibility;
3. selecting and notifying the winner;
4. awarding the prize;
5. sending marketing, promotional and commercial communications from Corbeil Appliances by email and SMS;
6. creating non-personal or aggregated reports concerning consumer habits.

Participants may withdraw their consent to receive marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe methods provided in the communications received or by contacting the relevant company directly. However, withdrawing marketing consent may affect an entrant’s eligibility if the withdrawal occurs before the end of the entry period or before the winner has been validated, where such consent is a condition of entering the contest.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Corbeil Appliances’ applicable privacy policies.

Disclaimer of liability

By entering the contest, participants release Corbeil Appliances and its affiliated companies, directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, suppliers, agencies, partners and authorized representatives from all liability for any damage, loss, claim, injury, cost or expense arising directly or indirectly from entering the contest, accepting the prize or using the prize.

Under no circumstances will Corbeil Appliances be liable for:

1. any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission;
2. any communication-line failure;
3. any theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entries;
4. any lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible or unreceived entry;
5. any technical failure involving a computer, telephone, network, the Internet, a website, platform or computer system;
6. the failure, for any reason, to send or receive an email, telephone call, text message or any other notice relating to the contest;
7. any change to an email address, telephone number or contact information after an entry has been submitted;
8. any loss of use, loss of production, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, economic loss, or special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to the contest or prize.

Other conditions

If, for any reason and at the sole discretion of Corbeil Appliances, the contest cannot be conducted as planned, or if a computer virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other cause beyond its control compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, Corbeil Appliances reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or terminate the contest, in whole or in part, and/or disqualify anyone responsible for or associated with such circumstances.

Any deliberate attempt to damage a website associated with the contest, interfere with the legitimate operation of the contest or circumvent these rules constitutes a violation of civil and/or criminal laws. Corbeil Appliances reserves the right to fully seek damages permitted by law.

The return of any prize notification as undeliverable, or the inability to contact a selected entrant, may result in their disqualification and the selection of another eligible entrant.

The contest organizers’ decisions concerning any aspect of the contest are final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

Entering the contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

These rules constitute the official contest rules. The contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

If any provision of these rules is declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue to have full force and effect.

In the event of a discrepancy between the French version and any other version of these rules, the French version will prevail.

This contest is not organized, sponsored or administered by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social-media platform unless expressly stated otherwise. The personal information collected is provided to Corbeil Appliances, not to these platforms.

Any dispute relating to this contest will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec.
