If you find your same product advertised at a lower price at a competing store within 60 days of your purchase, with identical terms and conditions, we will refund you the difference.
Price match policy
We will gladly match our direct competitors' prices. Bring us proof of the lower advertised price within 60 days of buying the first product (if multiple products were purchased at the same time).
-The price advertised by the competitor must be valid when the price match is requested. -The product must be for sale by a competitor within Corbeil local markets. -The guarantee only applies if the advertised product is identical (same model, same manufacturer). -If multiple products were purchased, the total price will be included when calculating the competitor's price. -The price of the product must be in Canadian dollars and include all financing and delivery charges (under the same terms and conditions, if applicable). -The product must be sold and shipped by an authorized dealer located in Canada. -The product must be in stock and available for sale and must not be part of a limited availability offer. -The price must not be lower because of an advertising or typographical error. -The price match request must be presented to the Corbeil store where the customer made the purchase, and during the period of validity of the competitor’s flyer. Most manufacturers offer a 12-month limited warranty from the possession date.

Even though Corbeil doesn't sell mattresses, you can rest easy knowing that we have your back. On top of the manufacturer's warranty, we offer an extended protection plan for up to four years.

Do you offer any financing plans?
At Corbeil, you can pay for your purchase using our interest-free equal monthly payments plan offered through Desjardins’ Accord D financing. However, financing is offered under certain conditions, including credit approval.

What are your delivery fees?
The cost per delivery is $29.99 within a 200 km* radius of the store where you make your purchase. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of this radius, depending on the area.
Do you offer next-day delivery on appliances?
You bet. Come visit us in-store to find out if next-day delivery is available in your area. Your advisor would be happy to show you all of the appliances we have in-stock and ready to be shipped out for next-day delivery.
Do you help unpack new deliveries?
Our delivery drivers can assist you in unpacking and removing the packing material from your new appliances. They can also remove any of your old or unwanted appliances at the same time they deliver your new model. However, Corbeil will not be held responsible for any damages caused by removing old or unwanted appliances.
What happens if my appliance is damaged during delivery?
If you notice that your appliance has been damaged, contact our Customer Experience Center by calling 1-833-CORBEIL.
Do you offer emergency/rush delivery services?
Has your fridge unexpectedly called it quits? For a small fee, if you buy a new appliance before 3 p.m. we can have it delivered to you before 10 p.m. the same day. To find out if this lightning-fast service is available in your area, contact our Customer Experience Center by calling 1-833-CORBEIL.

Do you install new appliances?
All of our stores partner with certified professional installers. If you need one or more of your appliances installed, let your Corbeil advisor know. They would be happy to put you in touch with the right people for the job.
Our delivery drivers can install your new washing machine or dryer if no additional accessories are needed. Talk to your advisor for more details.
Do you pick up and remove old or unwanted appliances?
When delivering any new appliances, our delivery drivers can also remove any old or unwanted appliances at no additional cost. Talk with your Corbeil advisor and arrange to have your old or unwanted appliances picked up upon delivery.

Do the discounted prices listed on your website include in-store discounts?
All reduced prices reflect any ongoing offers, promotions or discounts. Offers cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts. The prices of products that you see online may vary at your local Corbeil store. In such cases, the in-store pricing will take precedence over online pricing.
What kind of regular maintenance does my refrigerator require?
-Change the water filter at least every six months. -Regularly clean the bottom drawers of the freezer. -Remove the drainpipe from the floor (behind the freezer). -Pour a mixture of hot water and vinegar down the drainpipe. Make sure that it doesn't overflow.
What specific maintenance does a freestanding refrigerator with a top-freezer or side-by-side freezer require?
-Here are a few good tips for cleaning the capacitor. -Unplug the refrigerator. -Remove or unscrew the kickplate grille. -Gently brush the coils and remove any dust using a vacuum cleaner. Make sure that you don't hit the fan blade. -Replace the kickplate grille. -Plug in the refrigerator. -Make sure that gaskets and hinges are free of dirt and dust by regularly cleaning them using a damp cloth. -You should also check to make sure that the freezer's temperature control is set correctly. You don't want your ice cream getting too hard or unexpectedly waking up to frozen milk.
What kind of daily care does a stove or cooktop require?
-Clean up any food spillover as quickly as possible. -Clean the cooktop after each use using a suitable cleaner. Call 1-833-CORBEIL to order the following products: -Cooktop cleaner #31464B -RS-300 razor scrapers (and RS-2-B replacement razors). -We recommend applying a protectant after cleaning Ceran cooktops and range stovetops.
What kind of general care does a built-in range or oven require?
-Before starting the self-clean cycle, wipe down the inside of the oven using a cloth to remove any excess residue. -Remove the racks and wash them by hand.
What kind of general care does a built-in microwave require?
Wipe down the door and the turntable using a damp cloth.
What kind of regular maintenance does a dishwasher require?
-Using a cloth, wipe down the door gasket and the underside of the door at the front of the tank. -Using a small brush, clean the filter under the lower spray arm, and then wipe it down using a cloth. -Clean the detergent dispenser hinges.
What kind of periodic maintenance does a dishwasher require?
-Periodically run your empty dishwasher on a normal cycle. -Add a small amount of citric acid cleaner or Glisten brand dishwasher cleaner.

Our personnel put government health recommendations into practice every day on every delivery.
During the delivery confirmation call, we will ask you a few questions regarding your state of health. This is to confirm whether delivery can be made directly inside your home, outside your door, or if we should reschedule
The questions are as follows:
Have you recently travelled abroad?
Have you been in contact with sick persons?
Do you have a fever or symptoms related to COVID-19?
Our delivery teams will strictly respect the recommended safe social distance (2 metres) with customers.
Before each delivery, our personnel will disinfect their hands and put on disposable gloves.
All surfaces touched throughout the supply chain will also be disinfected.
Has your appliance installation service resumed?
Following social distancing directives, we regrettably cannot offer our appliance installation service at this time.
