At Corbeil you will always get more for your money. We know we'll always beat our competitors on customer service, on the widest choice in inventory and on our expertise, but sometimes our competitors try to catch up on price.

The mission of Corbeil is to suggest products that meet your needs. No more, no less.

 

Price Match Guarantee upon delivery of your 1st appliance

Corbeil guarantees that if, during the 60 days following delivery of your 1st appliance, you find the same product advertised by another Canadian retailer or by Corbeil at a lower price, Corbeil will refund the difference.

 

Conditions

Within 60 days following delivery of your first appliance, Corbeil sets certain conditions:

  • Corbeil reserves the right to verify the item's origin, availability, and price.

  • Only the buyer can benefit from the Price Match Guarantee.

  • For multiple purchases, the total of the appliances on the contract will be taken into consideration for the calculation of the Price Match Guarantee.

  • The competitor must have the item in stock and ready for delivery.

  • The product must be for sale by a competitor within local markets of Corbeil.

  • The price advertised by the competitor must be valid when the price match is requested. Photos or a bid made by a competitor are not accepted.

  • The item must be brand new, complete, sealed as received from the manufacture, of the same brand, color, and same model.

  • The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer of the product brand, not an appliance distributor and supplier or a «Warehouse» type retailer.

  • The item must be covered by a manufacturer's warranty valid in Canada.

  • For online competitors, the item must be available in Canada, advertised in Canadian currency, and covered by a manufacturer's warranty valid in Canada. Offer must not be an online discount only.

  • Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to installation services, demonstrators, damaged products, items priced from special offers, limited time offers, or special event offers, such as, for example, offers during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Boxing Day.

  • The competitor's price will be compared to ours in Canadian currency before tax, delivery fees, and any other applicable fees.

  • This Price Match Guarantee does not apply to syntax or typo errors in an advertisement, to clearance items or in limited quantities, to VIP or subscription type deals (e.g.: Amazon Prime), to end-of-line products, to web-only merchants, or to products sold during closing or bankruptcy sales.

  • Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Mail-in rebates, coupons, bonuses, freebies, gift cards, gift certificates.

Corbeil reserves the right to limit the products bought under our Price Match Guarantee to one per client, as well as to reverse the decision to apply the Guarantee, or to modify the terms without any prior notice.

Under certain circumstances, Corbeil reserves the right not to match a competitor's price when it is unreasonably low or below the minimum manufacturer's authorized price.

 

How to invoke the Price Match Guarantee after a purchase

For purchases made in store: go to the store where you made your purchase and provide the necessary documents as well as the ORIGINAL purchase invoice from Corbeil. Upon verification of the information provided and product availability, Corbeil will refund the difference between the price paid and the competitor's price.

For online purchases made on corbeilelectro.com, you can contact us at 1-833-CORBEIL or by chat, and provide the necessary documents. Upon verification of the information provided and product availability, Corbeil will refund the difference between the price paid and the competitor's price by checque or credit note. Allow up to 8 weeks to receive the cheque or credit note.

Are all of your appliances under warranty?

Most manufacturers offer a 12-month limited warranty from the possession date.

Do you offer a protection plan?

Even though Corbeil doesn't sell mattresses, you can rest easy knowing that we have your back. On top of the manufacturer's warranty, we offer an extended protection plan for up to four years.

Our coverage goes above and beyond the manufacturer's warranty

Most manufacturers only offer a 12-month limited warranty from the possession date. Our Protection Plan ensures that you get the best possible protection for as long as you choose and will ensure that your appliances are in always in tip-top condition (according to the manufacturer's specifications).

ONLINE PAYMENT VIA YOUR FINANCIAL INSTITUTION


Corbeil is pleased to offer you online payment through your financial institution. This method allows you to pay the balance of an invoice via your online banking portal.

1st step

You can do this by contacting an advisor at your financial institution or you can add it yourself via your online banking portal.

2nd step

Once connected, go to the "Bill payment" or "Add an invoice" section, and select the company CORBEIL ELECTROMENAGER.

CAUTION: At this stage, you must make sure you have your "customer number" comprising 7 digits written on your contract because you will need it to complete your banking transaction. Note that this is not the invoice number. (Where do I find my information).

Do you offer any financing plans?

At Corbeil, you can pay for your purchase using our interest-free equal monthly payments plan offered through our partnership with Fairstone Financial Inc. However, financing is offered under certain conditions, including credit approval.

DELIVERY


What are your delivery fees?

The cost per delivery is $49.99 within a 200 km* radius of the store where you make your purchase. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of this radius, depending on the area.

Do you offer next-day delivery on appliances?

You bet. Come visit us in-store to find out if next-day delivery is available in your area. Your advisor would be happy to show you all of the appliances we have in-stock and ready to be shipped out for next-day delivery.

Do you help unpack new deliveries?

Our delivery drivers can assist you in unpacking and removing the packing material from your new appliances. They can also remove any of your old or unwanted appliances at the same time they deliver your new model. However, Corbeil will not be held responsible for any damages caused by removing old or unwanted appliances.

What happens if my appliance is damaged during delivery?

If you notice that your appliance has been damaged, contact our Customer Experience Center by calling 1-833-CORBEIL.

Do you offer emergency/rush delivery services?

Has your fridge unexpectedly called it quits? For a small fee, if you buy a new appliance before 2 p.m. we can have it delivered to you before 10 p.m. the same day. To find out if this lightning-fast service is available in your area, contact our Customer Experience Center by calling 1-833-CORBEIL.

Do you install new appliances?

All of our stores partner with certified professional installers. If you need one or more of your appliances installed, let your Corbeil advisor know. They would be happy to put you in touch with the right people for the job.

Our delivery drivers can install your new washing machine or dryer if no additional accessories are needed. Talk to your advisor for more details.

Do you pick up and remove old or unwanted appliances?

When delivering any new appliances, our delivery drivers can also remove any old or unwanted appliances at no additional cost. Talk with your Corbeil advisor and arrange to have your old or unwanted appliances picked up upon delivery.

Do the discounted prices listed on your website include in-store discounts?

All reduced prices reflect any ongoing offers, promotions or discounts. Offers cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discounts. The prices of products that you see online may vary at your local Corbeil store. In such cases, the in-store pricing will take precedence over online pricing.

What kind of regular maintenance does my refrigerator require?

-Change the water filter at least every six months.
-Regularly clean the bottom drawers of the freezer.
-Remove the drainpipe from the floor (behind the freezer).
-Pour a mixture of hot water and vinegar down the drainpipe. Make sure that it doesn't overflow.

What specific maintenance does a freestanding refrigerator with a top-freezer or side-by-side freezer require?

-Here are a few good tips for cleaning the capacitor.
-Unplug the refrigerator.
-Remove or unscrew the kickplate grille.
-Gently brush the coils and remove any dust using a vacuum cleaner. Make sure that you don't hit the fan blade.
-Replace the kickplate grille.
-Plug in the refrigerator.
-Make sure that gaskets and hinges are free of dirt and dust by regularly cleaning them using a damp cloth.
-You should also check to make sure that the freezer's temperature control is set correctly. You don't want your ice cream getting too hard or unexpectedly waking up to frozen milk.

What kind of daily care does a stove or cooktop require?

-Clean up any food spillover as quickly as possible.
-Clean the cooktop after each use using a suitable cleaner. Call 1-833-CORBEIL to order the following products:

-We recommend applying a protectant after cleaning Ceran cooktops and range stovetops.

What kind of general care does a built-in range or oven require?

-Before starting the self-clean cycle, wipe down the inside of the oven using a cloth to remove any excess residue.
-Remove the racks and wash them by hand.

What kind of general care does a built-in microwave require?

Wipe down the door and the turntable using a damp cloth.

What kind of regular maintenance does a dishwasher require?

-Using a cloth, wipe down the door gasket and the underside of the door at the front of the tank.
-Using a small brush, clean the filter under the lower spray arm, and then wipe it down using a cloth.
-Clean the detergent dispenser hinges.

What kind of periodic maintenance does a dishwasher require?

-Periodically run your empty dishwasher on a normal cycle.
-Add a small amount of citric acid cleaner or Glisten brand dishwasher cleaner.

Return/Exchange Policy


Our company strives for customer satisfaction with the products and service we provide. We ask that customers check all the features and specification of the products they are ordering before placing the order.

Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, please contact our Customer Experience Center at 1-833-CORBEIL.

Policy :

No return of merchandise without prior authorization from Corbeil.

A minimum re-stocking charge of 20% is applied to all returned merchandise, plus $25 per item for transport.
