Tracking your delivery in real time

You’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS the day before delivery. This link lets you follow the delivery route all the way to your home. Make sure to provide a mobile number (not a landline) to receive SMS notifications.

On delivery day, our team will call you one hour before arrival. You’ll also receive an email and SMS once the previous delivery is complete and the team is on their way. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the customer responsibilities listed below.

Upon arrival

A person aged 18 or older must be present at the time of delivery. Our delivery team will inspect the items in your presence and take photos of the surrounding area (walls, floors, trims) to document the condition in case of damage.

We’ll deliver your appliances close to their final spot and remove the cardboard packaging (protective films and internal packaging excluded).

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Balai Ensure that the dimensions of your space (doors, hallways, staircases) allow for at least two inches of clearance. Our delivery team can only remove interior doors if necessary.
Flocon de neige Unplug and empty the appliances to be picked up before the delivery team arrives.They cannot uninstall your old appliances.
Prise Place mats on the floor to protect your surfaces. For their safety, our delivery team will not remove their shoes.
Chaussures Make sure to clear the path to the final delivery location, removing any obstacles or valuable items. Our delivery team will only move the appliances being delivered or picked up.
