OUR SAFE-SHOPPING MEASURES 

Increased sanitary standards

• Compulsory use of disinfection stations.

• Disposable gloves provided for touching appliances.

• Sanitary protocols to clean and disinfect various store surfaces as often as possible:

  • Priority cleaning of surfaces before disinfection

  • Ongoing cleaning and disinfection of surfaces regularly touched by maintenance personnel (seats, door handles, ramps, switches)

  • Adequate supply of water, disinfectants, rags and disposable gloves

  • Use of disinfectants approved by Canadian health services

• We provide hand sanitizer to all customers at the store entrance

• Cashiers and advisers are protected by plastic protective screens.

OUR SAFE-DELIVERY MEASURES

Delivery is safe, as always!

However, due to social distancing and fewer teams on the road, our 24-hour delivery service will not be available.

Please note that we have implemented additional measures to ensure the health of our delivery teams and customers. These measures apply to both our delivery and appliance recovery services.

During the delivery confirmation call, we will ask you a few questions regarding your state of health. This is to confirm whether delivery can be made directly inside your home, outside your door, or if we should reschedule.

The questions are as follows:

• Have you recently travelled abroad?

• Have you been in contact with sick persons?

• Do you have a fever or symptoms related to COVID-19?

Our delivery teams will strictly respect the recommended safe social distance (2 meters) with customers.

Before each delivery, our personnel will disinfect their hands and put on disposable gloves.

All surfaces touched throughout the supply chain will also be disinfected.

Following social distancing directives, we regrettably cannot offer our appliance installation service.
