The Panasonic SR-2363FH rice cooker starts cooking with the flip of a switch and prepares approximately (70) 3-oz. portions of cooked rice. Its lid stoppers moisture with a silicone seal and locks securely in place during operation. After cooking, the unit moves to warming mode to keep rice warm up to 5 hours. For convenience, a measuring cup, rice scoop, and magnetic scoop holder are included. The magnetic scoop holder can be attached to a nearby metal surface or directly on the unit's exterior. Serving rice is simple because the grains resist sticking to the inner pan, and the included scoop will not scratch off the nonstick coating.
