The Bosch 500 Series HGS5657UC is a 36-inch industrial-style gas freestanding range in stainless steel with five burners, offering more flexibility in the way you cook. The bold design with pedestal feet and heavy-duty knobs makes it a focal point in any kitchen.
The cooktop features five sealed burners (54,000 BTU in total on natural gas): a powerful 20,000 BTU double ring centre burner that speeds cooking time, two 12,000 BTU burners and two 5,000 BTU burners for gentle simmering.
Continuous cast iron grates let you easily slide heavy pots and pans from burner to burner, and a special enamelling process makes them dishwasher safe for easier clean-up.
The spacious 5.6 cu. ft. gas oven (17,000 BTU bake / 14,000 BTU broil) offers Bake, Convection Bake, Broil, Keep Warm, Slow Cook and Proof modes. Broil uses intense heat from above to deliver the perfect char and sear on meats and bubbling crusts on casseroles. The preheat light illuminates while the oven is heating to the desired temperature.
Rotary knobs keep operation simple, and the oven has two interior lights and a manual-clean cavity.
Included: LP conversion kit, 2 standard racks and anti-tip kit. Operates on a 120 V, 15 A circuit. ADA compliant when installed according to ADA guidelines.
