How It Works  

If, within 30 days of receiving your first appliance, you find the same product at a lower price from an authorized Canadian retailer, or if Corbeil promotes the same product at a lower price during that period, we will refund you the difference. It’s as simple as that. .

  • Valid for in-store and online purchases
  • Applies to prices advertised in Canada, in Canadian dollars
  • Product must be identical, new, and in stock with the competitor
  • Applies to authorized brand items not on clearance or special sale  

Terms and Conditions:  

  • Valid within 30 days of receiving your first appliance
  • Applies to purchases made between April 14 and July 14, 2025 
  • Corbeil Appliances reserves the right to verify the competitor’s source, stock status, and price
  • Only the original buyer can request the price adjustment
  • For multi-item purchases, all appliances listed on the invoice will be considered
  • Competitor must have the item in stock and ready to ship
  • Competitor must be in a region served by Corbeil Appliances
  • Competitor’s advertised price must be valid at the time of the claim (no quotes, photos accepted—only valid flyers, ads, or website screenshots)
  • The product must be identical, new, complete, in original packaging, from the same manufacturer, color, and model
  • Competitor must be an authorized Canadian retailer of the brand—not a wholesaler, distributor, or “warehouse-type” store (e.g., Costco, SecondChance)
  • Must come with a valid manufacturer’s warranty in Canada
  • For online competitors: product must be purchasable in Canada, priced in CAD, with a valid Canadian warranty; online-only discounts do not apply
  • Exclusions: installation services, demos, damaged goods, time-limited promos (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, Amazon Prime Day), pricing errors, liquidation, clearance or exclusive member offers (e.g., Amazon Prime)
  • Competitor prices will be compared in CAD before taxes, delivery, and other fees, and must be subject to the same terms and conditions 
    The date of the competitor’s proof must match the date of the price match request
  • Corbeil Appliances reserves the right to limit this guarantee to one product per customer and to decline price match requests that fall below the minimum price authorized by the manufacturer
  • We also reserve the right to amend or cancel this policy at any time without notice .  

How to Request a Price Match After Purchase  

  • For in-store purchases: Visit the Corbeil location where you made your purchase and bring the required documents, including your original Corbeil purchase receipt. Once we verify the product and pricing, we’ll refund you the difference.
  • For online purchases: Contact us at 1-833-CORBEIL or via live chat. Provide the necessary documents, and after verification, we’ll issue the price difference via cheque or store credit. Please allow up to 8 weeks for processing.

Yes, as long as the product is available for purchase in Canada, priced in CAD, and includes a valid Canadian warranty.
6. Does it apply to demos or damaged items?
No. Only brand-new, identical, fully packaged items qualify.
7. What kinds of promotions are excluded ?
Special offers, limited-time deals, pricing errors, and clearance products are excluded.
8. Are Black Friday and similar sales included ?
No. Short-term sales like Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, or Amazon Prime Day are not eligible.
9. How long after my purchase can I request a price match ?
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your first appliance.
10. How will I receive the refund ?
After verification, the difference will be refunded by cheque or store credit, which may take up to 8 weeks
11. Can I claim the guarantee for several products purchased together ?
Yes. The Best Price Guarantee applies to your entire order, as long as all items are on the same invoice.
12. Can I make multiple price match requests for the same order ?
No. Only one claim per order is allowed, so make sure to include all necessary documentation the first time.
13. What if I find a lower price before my purchase ?
Come visit us in store! Our advisors are happy to help and can often negotiate a better price. You can also reach out online or by phone to discuss the competitor’s offer.
14. Does the guarantee cover liquidation or end-of-line items ?
No. Clearance, end-of-line, or limited-stock items are not eligible.
15. What if the competitor’s price is a typo or mistake ?
Pricing errors or typos in ads are not eligible. The competitor’s offer must be clearly valid and officially advertised.
