Cook for a crowd with the Café™ CTD90FP2ZS1, a 30-inch built-in electric smart French door double wall oven in stainless steel with brushed stainless handles. Its two 5.0 cu. ft. ovens give you 10 cu. ft. of total capacity, and True European Convection with Direct Air in both ovens delivers consistent results on roasts, chicken, turkey and more.
The upper oven's French doors open together with one hand, so you can hold a cookie sheet in the other for an ergonomic, walk-up experience, while the lower oven has a drop-down door. Precision Cooking Modes track your food's progress and automatically adjust time and temperature, and No Preheat Air Fry crisps food without oil for frying.
Cooking modes include Artisan Pizza, Convection Bake, Convection Bake Multi-Rack, Convection Roast, Convection Broil Hi/Lo, Thermal Bake, Thermal Broil Hi/Lo, Turkey Mode, Proof and Warming. A temperature probe is included, and the 10-pass bake element and 10-pass dual broil element deliver 2850 W bake, 4300 W broil and 2400 W convection power, with closed-door broiling.
A 7-inch full-color touch LCD screen puts every setting at your fingertips. With built-in WiFi and the SmartHQ™ app, you can preheat, adjust temperatures and receive notifications from anywhere, and the premium Bluetooth® speaker lets you stream audio from your phone while you cook.
Clean-up is easy with Self-Clean with Steam Clean option and a hidden bake element. Each oven has 2 halogen lights. The upper oven comes with 2 extension racks and the lower oven with 1 heavy-duty flat rack and 1 extension rack (6 rack positions per oven). The Sabbath mode offers OU/CRC Enhanced Shabbos Mode when used with Shabbos Keeper (sold separately).
