The Fulgor Milano Evoque 400 Series F4EDF366BR1-RAL is a 36-inch freestanding dual fuel range in a custom RAL colour with brushed brass accents. Evoque draws inspiration from a time when ranges were crafted not only for function, but as expressions of Italian artistry, blending the elegance of the Italian Renaissance with the performance expected from a professional-style range.

This version is made to order in the RAL colour of your choice, paired with brushed brass metal accents. Each Evoque range is handcrafted in Italy's Veneto region using only the finest materials, for a balance of timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship and modern-day precision.

The gas cooktop offers 6 burners on 3 heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates: 3 Dual-Flame Crescendo burners of 18,000 BTU and 3 rapid burners of 15,000 BTU (natural gas), with a one-piece matte porcelain burner bowl, electric ignition with automatic re-ignition and flame-out sensing. Natural gas, convertible to LP (conversion kit included).

The 5.2 cu. ft. electric oven features dual true convection (2 fans), pyrolytic self-clean with automatic door latch, a black porcelain enamel interior, an extra-large cavity and viewing area, 6 rack positions and 3 halogen lights. Functions include bake, multi-level convection bake, broil, convection broil, convection roast, pizza, proof, keep warm, dehydrate, defrost and Sabbath mode.

Electronic controls with a white LED display (clock, temperature, function), fast preheat with a preheat bar and temperature memory. The cool-touch, soft-close door uses 4 panes of heat-resistant glass. Supplied with 2 chrome racks, 1 telescopic rack, an enameled broiler pan and a meat probe.
