The Fulgor Milano F4EIR486CS1-MW is a 48-inch Evoque 400 Series freestanding induction range in matte white (RAL 9016), finished with a refined chrome and brushed stainless metal trim. Inspired by a time when ranges were expressions of Italian artistry, Evoque blends the elegance of the Italian Renaissance with the high-performance features expected from a professional-style range. Each Evoque range is handcrafted in Italy's Veneto region from the finest materials.
The elegant, easy-to-clean ceramic glass cooktop offers 6 premium European induction zones: four 8-1/4" x 7-1/2" octa zones (2,100 W, 3,000 W boost), a 10" zone (2,300 W, 3,000 W boost) and a 6" zone (1,400 W, 1,850 W boost). Two elements combine into a bridge zone for a griddle function. Each zone has a booster function and 9 power levels set with illuminated knobs and a digital power level display, plus a minute minder.
Safety and convenience come standard: pot detection system, residual heat and power-on indicators, child lock, automatic heat-up, cooling fan system and failure code indication.
Two ovens: a 4.34 cu. ft. main oven with dual true convection (2 fans), pyrolytic self-clean and Sabbath mode, and a 2.24 cu. ft. accessory oven with true convection. Functions include Bake, Broil, Roast, True Convection, Convection Roast and Warm / Proof / Dehydrate, with a meat probe and fast pre-heat. Electronic controls with a white LED display (clock, temperature, function) and preheat bar.
The cool touch, soft-closing doors have 4 panes of heat-resistant glass, heavy-duty hinges and deep embossed windows over extra-large cavities with a black porcelain enamel interior, 6 rack positions and halogen lighting (3 lights in the main oven, 2 in the accessory oven).
Included: 2 chrome racks and 1 telescopic rack per oven, and 1 meat probe. Optional accessories: standard trim (F6BG48STD), high back trim (F6BG48HBT), island trim (F6BG48BCI) and telescopic racks (FMTRP30, FMTRP18). Overall dimensions: 47-7/8" W x 35-3/8" to 37-1/4" H x 29-3/4" D; NEMA 14-50P power cord.
