The Bertazzoni PRO48RT6ICAT is a 48-inch induction rangetop from the Professional Series in Carbonio. Inspired by commercial cooking, this counter-depth rangetop sits virtually flush with countertops and cabinets.
Its 6 induction zones are spaciously laid out to accommodate cookware of different sizes: four 8 1/4 in. zones (2,300 W, one at the back centre of 10 1/4 in. with 2,600 W) and two 7 1/2 x 8 1/4 in. zones (2,100 W) on the right. The booster function delivers up to 3,700 W to bring water to a boil faster.
The bridge function joins the 2 right-side zones into a larger cooking area, ideal for oversized cookware, grills and griddles.
Precision metal knobs control each zone, with feedback through the below-glass digital display. A timer, cookware detection and a residual heat indicator complete the features, and the smooth glass surface is quick to clean.
The Carbonio finish is Bertazzoni's signature fusion of design and durability, created to keep its beauty over time.
The rangetop is hardwired (59 in. power cord) on a dedicated 50 A circuit at 208/240 V, is cULus certified, is made in Italy and is covered by Bertazzoni's 2-year parts and labor warranty.
