48 In. Freestanding Gas Range

The Bosch 800 Series HDS8857UC is a 48-inch industrial-style dual fuel freestanding range in stainless steel, the first 48" Bosch range with six burners and an electric griddle, offering more flexibility in the way you cook. Its bold design with pedestal feet and heavy-duty knobs makes it a focal point in any kitchen.

The gas cooktop features six sealed burners (73,000 BTU in total on natural gas): a powerful 20,000 BTU double ring burner that speeds cooking time, a 5,000 BTU OptiSim burner for gentle simmering and four 12,000 BTU burners. The 1,600 W electric griddle provides an expansive, evenly heated surface that frees up burners and simplifies making large batches of food.

Two electric ovens offer a total of 7.4 cu. ft.: a 5.4 cu. ft. main oven and a 2.0 cu. ft. auxiliary oven. Convection Pro combines a third heating element with a back fan for even browning and time savings when using multiple racks at once. Cooking modes include Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Convection Multi-Rack, Air Fry, Pizza and Proof.

Continuous cast iron grates let you slide heavy pots from burner to burner and are dishwasher safe thanks to a special enamelling process. Inside the oven, cleaning is made easier with catalytic clean and steam assist.

A full-extension telescopic rack offers easy access to the oven cavity and supports heavy dishes, while dampened hinges softly guide the QuietClose® door shut so it never slams. The ergonomic tilted display is easy to view while cooking.

Included: temperature probe, LP conversion kit, 2 telescopic racks (main oven), 1 standard rack (auxiliary oven) and anti-tip kit. Requires a 208/240 V, 40 A circuit. ADA compliant when installed according to ADA guidelines.
