The Bosch 800 Series HIS8857UC is a 48-inch industrial-style induction range in stainless steel that delivers power and performance in a commercial-inspired design. Its bold freestanding look with pedestal feet and heavy-duty knobs makes it a focal point in any kitchen.

The frameless, edge-to-edge glass induction cooktop offers 7 elements, including a best-in-class 5.5 kW element (with boost) for maximum power. Induction heats the cookware directly, so it is faster and more efficient than gas or electric, and the surrounding glass cleans with a simple wipe.

With CombiZone, combine two cooking zones into one large zone for longer pans and grills.

Two ovens offer a total of 7.4 cu. ft.: a 5.4 cu. ft. main oven and a 2.0 cu. ft. auxiliary oven. Convection Multi-Rack combines a third heating element with a back fan for even browning and time savings on multiple racks. Cooking modes include Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Air Fry, Pizza and Proof, with catalytic clean and steam assist.

A full-extension telescopic rack offers easy access to the oven cavity, dampened hinges softly guide the QuietClose® door shut so it never slams, and the ergonomic tilted display is easy to view while cooking.

Included: temperature probe, 2 telescopic racks (main oven), 1 standard rack (auxiliary oven) and anti-tip kit. Requires a 208/240 V, 50 A circuit. ADA compliant when installed according to ADA guidelines.
