48 In. Freestanding Gas Range

The Fulgor Milano Evoque 400 Series F4EDF486GBR1-BK is a 48-inch freestanding dual fuel range in glossy black with brushed brass accents, featuring 6 burners, a griddle and two ovens. Evoque draws inspiration from a time when ranges were crafted as expressions of Italian artistry, blending the elegance of the Italian Renaissance with the performance expected from a professional-style range.

This version is finished in glossy black (RAL 9004) with refined brushed brass metal accents. Each Evoque range is handcrafted in Italy's Veneto region using only the finest materials; besides the standard colours, it can also be custom ordered in any RAL colour.

The gas cooktop combines 3 Dual-Flame Crescendo burners (up to 18,000 BTU, NG) and 3 rapid burners of 15,000 BTU on 3 heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates, plus a cast iron griddle with a thermostat-controlled tubular burner (11,500 BTU high / 2,000 BTU low). One-piece matte porcelain burner bowl, electric ignition with automatic re-ignition and flame-out sensing. Natural gas, convertible to LP.

The 4.34 cu. ft. main oven offers dual true convection, pyrolytic self-clean, 3 halogen lights and Sabbath mode; the 2.24 cu. ft. accessory oven features true convection and 2 halogen lights. Black porcelain enamel interiors and extra-large cavities and viewing areas. Functions include bake, broil, roast, true convection, convection roast, warm, proof, dehydrate and meat probe cooking.

Electronic controls with a white LED display, preheat bar and Fahrenheit/Celsius setting. Cool-touch, soft-closing doors with 4 panes of heat-resistant glass. Each oven comes with 2 chrome racks and 1 telescopic rack; a meat probe is included.
