The Fulgor Milano F4EIR365BR1-SS is a 36-inch Evoque 400 Series freestanding induction range in stainless steel, finished with a refined brushed brass metal trim. Inspired by a time when ranges were expressions of Italian artistry, Evoque blends the elegance of the Italian Renaissance with the high-performance features expected from a professional-style range. Each Evoque range is handcrafted in Italy's Veneto region from the finest materials.
The elegant, easy-to-clean ceramic glass cooktop offers 5 premium induction cooking zones: a central 10" zone (2,300 W, 3,000 W boost), two 8-1/4" x 7-1/2" octa zones (2,100 W, 3,000 W boost), an 8" zone (2,300 W, 3,000 W boost) and a 6-1/2" zone (1,400 W, 2,100 W boost). Each zone has a booster function, 9 power levels set with illuminated knobs and a digital power level display, plus a melting and simmering function and a digital minute minder.
Safety and convenience come standard: pan detection system, residual heat and power-on indicators, child lock, automatic heat-up time, cooling fan system and failure code indication.
The 5.2 cu. ft. oven features dual true convection (2 fans) for even multi-level cooking, pyrolytic self-clean with automatic door latch and fast pre-heat. Functions include Bake, Broil, Roast, Convection, True Convection, Convection Broil, Convection Roast, Thaw and Warm / Proof / Dehydrate, with a meat probe and Sabbath mode. The electronic cooking programmer has 6 touch keys and a white LED display (clock, temperature, function) with a preheat bar.
The cool touch, soft-closing door has 4 panes of heat-resistant glass and a deep embossed window over an extra-large cavity and viewing area, with a black porcelain enamel interior, 6 rack positions and 3 halogen lights for flawless visibility.
Included: 2 chrome racks, 1 telescopic rack, an enameled broiler pan and a meat probe. Optional accessories: standard trim (F6BG36STD), high back trim (F6BG36HBT), island trim (F6BG36BCI), induction plate adapters (INDUKIT4) and telescopic rack (FMTRP36). Overall dimensions: 35-7/8" W x 35-3/8" to 37-1/4" H x 29-3/4" D; NEMA 14-50P power cord.
