Sensor Temperature Control

Uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to help prevent food from drying out.

Humidity Slide Control

Adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavour and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables.

Power Indicator Light

Located on the front of the warming drawer shows at a glance when the drawer is on and in use.
