The Panasonic SR-GA721L Commercial Rice Cooker and Multi-Cooker is the perfect extension to any kitchen. Ideal for restaurants, cafeterias, food stores and other food service establishments, the extra-large capacity rice cooker makes up to 168, 3-oz portions or 80 cups of cooked rice (40 cups uncooked). With one-touch operation, cooking rice and grains has never been easier- simply pour in ingredients and push start. Automatic shut-off senses when rice is done to prevent overcooking, for perfectly cooked rice every time. A durable aluminum coating on the removable inner pan is scratch resistant and strong enough for everyday use and the heavy-duty stainless steel lid helps to keep heat from escaping and easily wipes clean after use. The Panasonic Rice Cooker is “NSF” Approved for commercial use and includes a triple safety thermal fuse for added protection in kitchens.
