The Bertazzoni PRO36CT5ACV is a 36-inch front-control gas cooktop from the Professional Series, finished in the signature Carbonio colour. It brings Italian design and precision to the kitchen and installs almost flush with the countertop.
Cook like a pro on 5 burners and cast iron contour grates, spaciously laid out for pots of different sizes: a 17,000 BTU dual-ring power burner (19,000 BTU with LP gas) to boil water, sear meat or cook with a wok, a 10,400 BTU rapid burner, two 6,000 BTU semi-rapid burners and a 3,750 BTU simmer burner to delicately melt chocolate.
The seamless one-piece worktop has no gaps, joints or fasteners, so cleaning up after cooking takes no time.
Safety is built in with 100% fail-safe thermocouple technology, which immediately shuts off the gas flow if the flame goes out. Ignition is electric, with front metal knobs.
Its extremely low-depth design makes it ideal for installation over a Bertazzoni oven. The cooktop is supplied for natural gas with an LP conversion kit included, connects to a 120 V outlet (NEMA 5-15P) and is ADA compliant.
Designed and manufactured in Italy, it is covered by Bertazzoni's 2-year parts and labor warranty.
