INGREDIENTS FOR 4 BURGERS 

Ground beef: 2 pounds 

Cheese curds: 400 g 

Shallots: 3 

Eggs: 4 

Breadcrumbs: 80 g 

Bacon: 320 g 

White cheddar cheese: 120 g 

Salt and pepper 

Paprika: 1 tsp 

Garlic powder: 1 tsp 

Tomato: 1 

Lettuce: 1 

Butter: 1 tsp 

Burger buns: 4 

Spicy honey mustard: for finishing 

Sriracha: for finishing

INSTRUCTIONS  

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Place bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 

3. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, shallots, breadcrumbs, cheese curds, eggs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. 

4. Form 4 patties (which will be the steaks) and set aside. 

5. Grill the buttered burger buns in a hot skillet and set aside. 

6. Cook the patties/steaks in the same skillet to desired doneness. 

7. Place the patties on the buns, add pieces of white cheddar cheese, and bake in the oven for 2 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 

8. Mix sriracha and honey mustard, spread on the burger buns. 

9. Add bacon, sliced tomato and lettuce to the burger.
