La combinaison de 6 brûleurs monoblocs en laiton et de grilles au contour en fonte vous permet de cuisiner comme un professionnel. Les grilles sont conçues pour procurer un maximum d’espace afin de s’adapter facilement à des poêlons et casseroles de différentes tailles. Les brûleurs extra puissants de 19 000 BTU permettent de faire bouillir l’eau plus rapidement que n’importe quel brûleur de leur catégorie. Faites cuire des pâtes, saisissez de la viande ou faites un sauté au wok en utilisant les 2 brûleurs avec flammes à double anneau; ou faites fondre délicatement du chocolat ou réchauffez de la crème sur le brûleur de mijotage. Le nettoyage après cuisson est facile, grâce à la surface de travail monoblocss en acier inoxydable, sans joints ni fixations.
